Welcome to Poppets haven, handmade unique and quality items, I love to do custom i will work with you to match colours and ideas as best i can, I source high quality materials. I have 3 little princess poppets ranging from newborn to 9yrs of my own which is where the inspiriation flows from.

I am a sahm with 3 little princess poppets who keep me very busy, this venture started by making my girls hair pretties and then came kustom korkers n bows' we have now expanded to lots of different handmade items that suit babys, children and adults :) and will continue to add more

POPPETS HAVEN Terms and Conditions.
1. a custom order can take up to 2 weeks as i may have to order a certain colour in for you and payment must be recieved before i can do this. usually not this long but be prepared
2. Poppets Haven will not be responsible for any items lost through regular post.
please let me know if you would prefer registered post at an additional $2.95 on regular post price.
regular post charges vary from $1.60 cents -$5.00 depending on the estimated weight and bulk of item. (extra weight may add to the post price)
all prices can be checked on the australian post website calculator
3.As most of the items are handmade,exact replica of picture featured is often not possible but utmost effort will be made to replicate it closely.
Also some colors may seem brighter or darker due to screen resolutions or camera settings.When in doubt please ask.
4.need your order quickly this can be done if there is a slot open i have all supplies needed and you pay express post. please get in as early as you can as above i hold no responsibility on the timing of post
5.As some items do contain small parts,never leave a young child unattended for fear of choking and other hazards please supervise all children .
6.Items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made to order and is against hygiene.
7.International orders are welcomed
Payment for international orders will be through Paypal.
Shipping will be confirmed once weight of item is confirmed.
8.For custom items do send pictures of dresses/clothing that you want matched to poppetshaven@hotmail.com or use the contact tab
9. only if i have all materials needed for custom or its available now items will be sent as soon as payment clears i offer paypal and bank deposit/transfer..
10! Payments for all orders should be made within 7 days .. but i understand paydays are sometimes at the wrong times ( i get paid monthly so sales are always on the wrong end :) ) so if you need time order and let me know PLEASE dont ignore, i too have a mortgage you can trip over and 3 kiddies to look after if im off paying for your ribbons ill be broke :)
